These Terms of Use ("Terms") are between you and Moldovan Law Firm, PLLC, a Michigan professional limited liability company (the "Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of this website and any other websites owned or operated by the Firm (collectively, the "Site"). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm concerning your use of the Site. By using the Site, you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Submitting information through this Website does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after a written engagement agreement is signed by both you and the Firm.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate our legal agreement with you and deny you use of the Site if: (A) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (B) we are required to do so by law; (C) the partner with whom we offered the Site has terminated its relationship with us; (D) we are transitioning to no longer providing the Site to users in your country; or (E) the provision of the Site to you is no longer commercially viable.

You further agree not to use the Site to: post obscene, indecent, vulgar, pornographic, hateful or otherwise objectionable information; post spam links or personal referral links inappropriately; defame, libel, mock, stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate or abuse anyone; upload files containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful software; or violate the intellectual property or other rights of any party.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification

You agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moldovan Law Firm, PLLC, its officers, managers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof, including any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or timeliness.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Moldovan Law Firm, PLLC, its directors, managers, officers, agents, contractors, partners, or employees be liable to you or any third person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever, including any lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

You agree to indemnify and hold Moldovan Law Firm, PLLC, and each of its directors, managers, officers, agents, contractors, partners, and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with (i) your use of and access to the Site; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right; (iv) any claim that one of your submissions caused damage to a third party; or (v) any content you post or share on or through the Site.

Applicable Law

By using the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles, will govern these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Any claim or dispute shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any cause of action arising out of or relating to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.

Severability; No Waiver; English Language

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Firm's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and Conditions may be made available in other languages for your convenience. In the event of any conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail.
